FAQ
How do allowance and wallet balance differ?
CNY 1 buys 1 Credit at current service prices. Pro includes 745 Credits per 30 days, capped at 200 every 7 days from the period start; the final week ends with the period. Allowance does not roll over and cannot buy permanent unlocks or be withdrawn. Wallet spending beyond the allowance requires opt-in.
How do relay storage and cloud storage differ?
200MB is temporary occupancy, not monthly traffic. It is freed after receipt; uncollected items expire after 30 days. Pro separately includes 3GB persistent storage. Files on your desktop require that desktop to be online. After expiry, existing cloud files remain downloadable or deletable, but new uploads are blocked.
What are the trial rules?
New-user trials are 14 days or 80 AI turns, whichever comes first. Progress is visible in-app; after the trial you can upgrade to Personal Pro or keep using local features that do not need cloud AI (per the product). One “call” = one user-started AI turn that returns a displayable assistant result (an entire stream counts as 1); failures with no result and pure local actions do not count. Details follow the purchase/trial agreement and in-app notices.
How are seats counted?
Personal Pro = one paid account. Firms / enterprises count activated paid seats: 5 seats = 5. Contract amount and ARR are tracked separately — not “one contract = one user”.
How does AGPL differ from a commercial license?
AGPL-3.0 allows research, personal use, and self-host/redistribution under open-source obligations. The cases above and on the cards are non-exhaustive; whether you need a commercial license depends on your deployment and distribution, per repo legal/ (including COMMERCIAL-LICENSE). Mainland vs international site?
Users in mainland China should prefer aiworkdeck.com (payments and invoices follow the mainland site). International users may use workdeck.ai. Product capability is aligned; growth prioritizes mainland.
